Extra Vendor Attendee Registration

As a Extra Vendor Attendee you will be allowed to take part in the Table Top Exhibits. The cost of the registration is $560.00 US Dollars which includes all coffee breaks and lunches. Please note it does not include attendance to the Conference or the banquet.

Important Registration Information

• Accommodations: Extra Vendor Attendee to the Conference are responsible for making their own hotel reservations and travel arrangements.
• Deadline: Extra Vendor Attendee registration is September 14, 2007.
• Substitutions: No substitutions will be permitted prior to the start of the Conference or during the course of the Conference.
• No Shows:Extra Vendor Attendee who register and do not appear will NOT receive a refund of their fees.
