The Organizing Committee has booked 25 rooms at this hotel for those persons who attend the Seminar and Workshop that will be held between October 14th and October 16th and 50 rooms for those persons who attend the Conference and Exhibition between October 17th and October 19th.
All events including: Seminar, Workshop, Conference, and Exhibition will be arranged in the Collinstown Suite provided by Carlton Dublin. The majestic Collinstown Suite will be subdivided for every event and every piece will be fully equipped with state-of-the-art audio visual system.
Dublin city centre, with its famous shopping streets and pubs, its world-class dining and entertainment venues, is a short taxi ride from the hotel. This dynamic capital is at your feet, so after the conference time, attendees will have the opportunity to see its theatres, museums and concert halls together with Dublin's unique attractions: their vibrant left bank 'Temple Bar', the Guinness Brewery and the squares, streets and parks of Georgian Dublin, Trinity College, the National Museum, Leinster House (the Irish Parliament building) and the National Gallery of Ireland, the historic cathedrals, Christ Church and St. Patrick's, the Irish Museum of Modern Art and Kilmainham Gaol - : All of Dublin's attractions are within easy reach of the hotel.
The hotel is providing the Conference with a special rate of € 120.00 per night for the attendees (including breakfast, VAT and service charge). Attendees to the Seminar, Workshop, Conference and Exhibition are responsible for making their own hotel reservations and travel arrangements. Consider that guests must check in on the day of arrival after 3:00 PM (15:00) and must check out by 12:00 PM (noon) on the day of departure. In order to receive this special room rate you MUST register by going to the Hotel Registration. The Society will NOT be responsible for any attendee who registers directly with the Carlton Dublin Airport and have to pay a higher room charge.
