Wire Transfer Information

Payment for attending the Lyophilization Seminar, cGMP for Aseptic Processing Workshop, Conference, Sponsors or payment for a Table Top Exhibit can be done by wire transfer by performing the following steps:

1.    Complete and submit the following form and add to the total fees $12.00 if the payment is being made from the USA or $25.00 if made from outside the USA. Incomplete Wire Transfer forms will NOT be accepted so please be sure to complete all boxes with an asterisk (*) are completed.

2.    The Society will notify the contact person as to bank information to make the wire transfer.

3.    Upon receipt of the wire transfer, the contact person will be notified and paid invoice will be mailed to the company.
