Call For Papers - Lyophilization Conference 2003

This is a call for papers for the 2nd Annual Conference on Lyophilization that will take place in Chicago, IL USA during September 16 - 19, 2003. The location of the Conference will be at the OAK BROOK HILLS RESORT .

The following are the esteem Chairpersons who will be responsible for the various sessions. Please feel free to contact them by E-mail and tell them of your intent to present a paper involving lyophilization or freeze drying of the topic for their session. It would be advisable that you submit an abstract of the paper in order to give the Chairperson an better idea of the content and scope of the paper.

     Deadlines:

          Full Papers for 30 minutes oral presentations: (No More Abstracts will be considered)

The deadline for submission of abstracts to be considered for full papers or 30 min. oral presentations is 1st of June. The deadline for full paper submission is 1st of August. Authors of full papers will receive free registration to the conference, the reception and the banquet. Please note that when there is more than one author listed on the paper only the presenter of the paper will receive free registration to the conference, the reception and the banquet. The program committee will recommend all full papers for publication in American Pharmaceutical Review and therefore a review format is suggested. However, the journal will make the final decision regarding paper acceptance for publication.

          Abstracts for 15 minutes oral presentations:

The deadline for submission of abstracts to be considered for 15 min. oral presentations is 1st of June. (No More Abstracts will be considered)

          Abstracts for poster presentations: (Final Date for Posters 1st of August 2003)

The deadline for submission of abstracts to be considered for poster presentations is 1st of August 2003. E-mail the Abstract for your poster to Posters 2003.

         IMPORTANT: Please be sure that when you submit your abstract you indicate the type (30 minute, 15                                     minute or poster) of presentation.

           Publication of Papers

Technical papers presented at the Conferences may appear in an issue of the American Pharmaceutical Review or on its web site at www.americanpharmaceuticalreview.com. The American Pharmaceutical Review is serving as the Official Publication for the Society. In order to avoid any misunderstanding, please make use that you know how your paper will be published, i.e., an issue of American Pharmaceutical Review or just on the Russell Publication web site before you submit your manuscript to the publisher.
