Tour of the FAAP Facilities and Table Top Exhibits
The following is a tour of the FAAP facilities where the
Brazil Conference will be held during October 25-28, 2005.
General Layout of the Facilities
The general layout of the FAAP Facilities is shown in the thumbnail drawing.
You can see a more detail view if you just click on the drawing. There are two
main sections to the Facilities. Near the center is the Auditorium that will
seat over 200 people and Table Top area. The technical sessions will be
held in the Auditorium which is well equipped with the latest projection and
audio equipment. For a better view just click on Auditorium. The large room to
the left of the Auditorium will be used for lunches, the Reception, the Banquet, Poster Session and also the Table
Top exhibits. For a better view of this area just click on
Exhibition Area.
Table Top Exhibits
The Table Top Exhibits
will be held in the Exhibition Area. For a more detail view and those
organizations who will be attending Conference, just click on the thumbnail

For those organizations wishing to exhibit at this Conference
there is No need to tell you that Table Top Exhibits are an excellent marketing
tool that enables excellent exposure for your Company Products / Services in a
perfectly targeted potential customers environment.
The Table Top Exhibit includes the following:
- One 150mm x 80mm table including electrical power supply (only intended
for lighting and visual equipment).
- Your Company name listed on the ISL-FD web site.
- Your Company name included in the Conference Handouts.
- A complimentary list of registered Conference Attendees.
- Admission for one person to the Conference.
- Complimentary 5 minutes oral presentation (in the exhibit area during
the poster session), to show your product range, advantages, innovations, etc
to the Conference Participants if your company obtains 25 new members for the
Society ).
Fees for an Table Top Exhibit is just $1000.00 US Dollars
