Please note that a license granted by the United States of America Department of the Treasury, under the provisions of 31 CFR § 515.564 (b), the Cuban Local Chapter to conduct its first local chapter meeting during April 14 - 15, 2005 at the Center for Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology in Havana, Cuba has with a letter dated March 29, 2005 been denied.

09:30 am - Self introduction of each attendee to the meeting (their name and their interest in lyophilization)

10:15 am "Moisture in Lyophilized Products" by Dr. Thomas A. Jennings (Denied attendance as of March 29, 2005)
11:00 am Round table discussion on Thermal Properties of formulation lead by Ivette Novoa

Round table discussion on Different Applications of Lyophilization in Cuba lead by Jorge Sotolongo
